Craig R. Rogers has been an Intellectual Property (IP) attorney since 1998 and specializes in representing clients in complex licensing transactions.
He is an experienced litigator and is adept at prosecuting patents before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in a wide variety of technologies, including mechanical, electrical, and semiconductor technologies, along with many others.
Craig also helps clients secure and enforce trademark rights in the U.S. and internationally to protect their valuable brands.
Craig graduated first in his class from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School and clerked for the Honorable Judge Randall R. Rader at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
His bar admissions include the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Oregon State Bar, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
